Introduction of e-agriculture for horticulture crop production and market development and overall development and implementation of farm mechanization in agriculture, establishment of adequate industries for production and processing of zone based horticulture crops, expansion of nutrition at all levels, development and expansion of market system with appropriate infrastructure .
